Video lessons — tips for best results
- Record at 1080p if possible; the video provider transcodes lower resolutions automatically
- Keep individual lessons under 20 minutes — shorter videos have better completion rates
- Export as MP4 (H.264) for fastest upload and processing
- Add a descriptive title so students can easily re-find lessons
Text lessons — tips
- Use headings to break up long content
- Embed images to illustrate concepts
- Link to external resources where relevant
- Keep it scannable — students skim before they read
Attach resources
Add downloadable files (slides, worksheets, templates) to any lesson:
- Edit the lesson → scroll to Resources
- Click Add Resource → upload a file or paste a URL
- Give it a clear name (e.g. "Excel Template — Module 2")
