Navigating the Platform

Logging in​

Go to yourcompany.techarix.com/login and enter your email and password.

If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), click Sign in with SSO instead — this redirects you to your company's login page (Google, Microsoft, Okta, etc.).

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page.

Your dashboard​

After logging in you land on your Student Dashboard, which shows:

  • My Courses — courses you are enrolled in with progress bars
  • Continue Learning — quick link to pick up where you left off
  • Achievements — badges earned based on your progress
  • Certificates — all certificates you have earned

Course detail page​

Click any enrolled course to open its detail page. Here you can:

  • See your progress — a progress bar shows how far through the course you are, along with the last lesson you completed
  • Review the curriculum — browse all modules and lessons before diving in
  • Click Continue Learning — jumps you directly to where you left off

The course player​

From the course detail page, click Continue Learning (or Start if you haven't begun). The course player has:

  • Lesson list (left sidebar) — all modules and lessons; completed lessons show a checkmark
  • Video / content area (center) — the current lesson
  • Notes tab — write notes for the current lesson; they are saved automatically and tied to the lesson
  • Resources tab — downloadable files attached by your instructor

Your progress is saved automatically as you complete each lesson. After finishing a video or text lesson, the next lesson loads automatically. After passing a quiz, the player moves to the next lesson as well.

Locked lessons (drip content)​

Some courses release lessons on a schedule after you enroll. Locked lessons show a "Unlocks in X days" label. Clicking a locked lesson shows the exact date it becomes available.

Course completion​

When you finish the last lesson in a course, a completion screen appears with:

  • A summary of what you completed
  • A notice that your certificate is being generated (this takes a few seconds)
  • A link to go directly to your Certificates page

You can dismiss the screen to stay in the course, or navigate away — your completion is saved either way.

Certificates​

Certificates are generated automatically when you reach 100% completion. You can access them from:

  • The course completion screen (immediately after finishing)
  • Dashboard → Certificates

Your certificate includes a unique verification link that anyone can use to confirm its authenticity — no login required.
