Email Settings
Techarix LMS sends automated emails for key events. All emails are sent from your configured sender and include your organization name.
Automated emails

Configure sender details
Go to Settings → Email:
- Sender name — the "From" name students see (e.g. "Techarix Academy")
- Sender email — contact Techarix support to update your verified sender address

Your sender email address is verified during initial platform setup to ensure reliable delivery and avoid spam filters. Contact Techarix support if you need to change it.
Test email delivery
Click Send Test Email on the Email Settings page to send a test message to your admin email address. If it arrives, email is configured correctly.
If the test email doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Contact Techarix support — email delivery may need to be reconfigured for your domain
