Branding
Techarix LMS is fully white-labeled. Your students see your brand — not ours.
Logo
Go to Settings → Branding.
- Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG
- Recommended size: at least 256×256 px (square logos work best)
- The logo appears in the top-left of the navigation bar and on certificates
Upload your logo and click Save. Changes are visible immediately.
Primary color
Your primary color is used for:
- Buttons and call-to-action elements
- Active navigation links
- Progress bars
- Certificate accents
Enter a hex code (e.g. #2563eb) or use the color picker. Click Save to apply.
Choose a color with enough contrast against white for accessibility. Tools like Coolors Contrast Checker can help verify readability.
Organization name
Your organization display name appears:
- In the browser tab title
- In email notifications sent to students
- On certificates
Set it under Settings → Branding → Organization Name.
Platform subdomain
Your platform is available immediately after signup at:
https://yourslug.lms.techarix.com
No setup required — this URL is ready the moment your account is created. Share it with your students or use it while you set up a custom domain.
Custom domain
Available on Pro plan and above. Set your custom domain under Settings → Organization → Custom Domain.
DNS setup
Add one DNS record at your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, Cloudflare, etc.):
| Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| CNAME | learn (or your chosen subdomain) | tenants-lms.techarix.com |
Example: to use learn.yourcompany.com:
- Record type:
CNAME - Name / Host:
learn - Value / Points to:
tenants-lms.techarix.com
SSL is issued automatically — no certificate setup required on your end.
Status
After entering your domain and saving, the domain card shows a status badge:
- Pending — waiting for DNS to propagate and SSL to issue (typically 5–15 minutes; up to 48h for slow DNS registrars)
- Active — your domain is live with HTTPS. Students can now access your platform at your custom domain.
- Error — DNS not detected or an SSL issue occurred. Double-check your CNAME record.
Click Refresh to poll for the latest status at any time.
You can test whether your CNAME is resolving using dig CNAME learn.yourcompany.com or MXToolbox DNS Lookup.
Email sender name
Customize the "from" name on all automated emails (enrollment confirmations, certificate delivery, password resets) under Settings → Email → Sender Name.
Role labels
If your organization uses different terminology for roles (e.g. "Learner" instead of "Student", "Facilitator" instead of "Instructor"), you can rename them under Settings → Organization → Role Labels.
These labels appear throughout the admin interface — in user lists, filters, and reports.
